A Custom Projects option enables clients to request major projects that require multiple construction expertise.
Customer App: The user app provides a seamless user experience to enable users to search for construction services, submit requests, view bids, make payment, track services, review and rate services.Features include: • Sign Up/ Sign In: Users seeking construction services can sign up or sign into the user app using their mobile number, email address and create user profiles on their dashboard.
• Select services: Users can search for available services from the categories.
• Request a service: Users are able to submit a request and specify their request details, preferred date and time.
• In-App Payment: There is an in-built app payment to ensure secure payments for service matching and artisan services.
• Chat feature: Once it is paid, this system creates a chat function for the user and artisan to communicate and schedule a discovery meeting or appointment.
• Reviews and Rating: Customers are able to review, rate and provide feedback to artisans after the service.
This enables users to share their experiences with other potential customers.
• Panic-Button: This feature is designed for the safety customers.
This feature is integrated into the system to send warning signals.
• Dispute function: This feature allows the user to report any problem they have encountered with the artisan’s service.
• History: This feature enables the user to view order history and view completed services information.
• Manage Profile: Users have their personal dashboard where they can edit their profiles, view bids, change payment methods, change location and view past transactions.
